Pet Rent
$30/month per pet, maximum of two pets.
Deposit
An additional $200 will be added to the security deposit due.
Vaccinations
Must provide documentation from a veterinarian on up to date vaccinations, age, and breed. In case of the dogs, weight is required.
Spayed or Neutered
Must provide documentation that the animal has been spayed or neutered.
DNA Testing
$40.00 (one time fee) for DNA testing.
Fish Tanks
Fish tank size maximum is 30 gallons.
